Schedule Modifications and Liabilities: Consultation appointments are mutually agreed upon and binding on both parties. If an appointment is canceled by the coachee with less than 24 hours notice (business days) or 48 hours notice (business days) for Saturday and holiday appointments, the full fee will be charged. If the appointment can be rescheduled on such short notice and filled by another client, the fee will not be charged. Workshop appointments are 50% chargeable if canceled 4 weeks prior and 100% chargeable if canceled 2 weeks prior to the agreed-upon date. Discretion and Data Protection: Consultation sessions take place in selected business centers. Neither the names of clients nor the company name are disclosed outside or inside the premises. No customer data is retained, stored, or otherwise used in any manner or under any circumstances.
